Every radio show that I do that discusses the relationship between men and women are absolute hits.  This show was no different.  This show explores a dynamic about relationships that has really come into question from many ladies nowadays: where have all the strong men gone?  This show calls to attention ladies frustration with today`s men who won’t make decisions and are oblivious to problems that need their attention.

Elliott Katz, author of Being the Strong Man A Woman Wants: Timeless Wisdom on Being a Man, explains how men after decades of developing their feminine side need to listen to his masculine spirit and develop confidence in his manly side to gain love and respect from women.  Elliott aims to show what men can do to change and regain that love and respect and what  women can do to assist in this situation.

Elliott Katz understands why women today complain about the lack of quality men. “Today’s men have received so many confusing messages on what a man should be, they’re bewildered.”

“To avoid accusations of being controlling, many men have gone to the other extreme and avoid showing leadership and making decisions. The irony is that while men think they’re being sensitive and non-controlling, the biggest complaint I hear from women is that men today don’t show leadership, they don’t make decisions and they won’t take responsibility in the relationship,” says Katz.
