I’ve been listening to Chris Kresser, Ben greenfield, rob wolfe and others for a long time. I think what a lot of what this man said is misleading at best. I especially wonder why you guys didn’t question more on his views of meat. We’ve been eating ruminants for a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this episode to anyone as I think it would confuse them more.
