
Yes! Hangry is a real thing. It’s not just a catchy thing for Snickers commercials. You really aren’t yourself when you are hungry. Yet, for many of who have dealt with this issue, it isn’t just a matter of eating. It’s a complicated hormonal equation that needs to be solved.
This issue is usually one of the reasons that we end up sabotaging our nutrition goals as well. It is extremely difficult to stick to any plan when we are super hungry and not thinking right.
