Have you ever followed weight loss advice to a T and didn’t get any results? Sometimes it has nothing to do with a person complying or their willpower. Since weight loss misconceptions are everywhere, it can come down to just getting bad advice .
Unfortunately, your doctor can equally be guilty of this.
We invited Dr. Ken Berry, author of Lies my Doctor Told Me, to the show to shed light on this phenomena and share some common misconceptions that hurt our weight loss goals.
Dr. Berry is a Family Physician, Speaker, and Author based near Nashville, Tennessee. More and more, Dr. Berry has focused on the chronic diseases caused by the Standard American Diet and Lifestyle and has made it his mission to turn the tide on the epidemic of Type 2 Diabetes, chronic inflammation and dementia.

First of all I would like to say superb blog!
I had a quick question in which I’d like
to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find
out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts
before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just
seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying
to
figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
Kudos!
